Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data MOD Knitwear collects on modknitwear.com, why, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors and to business contacts who send us an enquiry.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Recipients and service providers
- Hostinger (website hosting, EU).
- Formspree, Inc. (delivers form submissions to our inbox, USA).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) — only with your consent.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Clarity) — only with your consent.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Some providers process data outside the EU or Türkiye, including in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and on the transfer rules of KVKK Article 9.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and advertising tools load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Until you accept, Google tags run in consent mode: they set no cookies and send only limited, cookieless signals.

5. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to two years afterwards if no business relationship follows. Data from an ongoing business relationship is kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Server logs are deleted by the host after a short period.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Articles 15–21; KVKK Article 11). Send your request to info@modknitwear.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, or in Türkiye with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
7. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
