Our Private Label Process
Step 1 — Design & Development: Share your designs, tech packs, or even rough sketches. Our in-house design team can refine your concepts, suggest materials, and create detailed technical specifications. If you need design support, our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service provides trend-driven collections you can customize.
Step 2 — Sampling: We produce development samples within 10-15 business days. You can request fit samples, pre-production samples (PPS), and size sets before approving bulk production. Each sample is carefully reviewed to match your exact specifications.
Step 3 — Production: Once samples are approved, bulk production begins with strict quality checkpoints at every stage — incoming yarn inspection, in-line production checks, washing/finishing quality control, and final AQL inspection before packaging.
Step 4 — Finishing & Labeling: We handle all labeling (brand labels, care labels, size labels, hang tags), custom packaging (polybags, tissue paper, boxes), and barcoding/UPC application per your specifications.
Step 5 — Delivery: Goods are shipped to your warehouse or directly to your distribution centers. We manage export documentation, customs clearance assistance, and coordinate with your preferred freight forwarders.
